FAQ

Everything you want to ask before booking a demo

Short answers about how Cairo works, what the pilot looks like and how we handle your people’s data.

What is Cairo?

Cairo is an AI people intelligence platform. It maps how your people think and work, develops each person with personalized courses and practice scenarios, and analyzes the results to surface insights you wouldn't normally see.

Who is Cairo for?

HR and people leaders who want to understand and develop their teams without running every program by hand.

How does the Guided Pilot work?

The duration depends on your organization. Your people complete assessments and use the platform, and at the end you receive a results report with your organization’s DNA, a profile for each person, the problems that matter and possible solutions.

What are behavioral indicators?

Cairo describes each person through 80+ behavioral indicators, each explained in plain language, instead of grades or percentages.

What kind of courses does Cairo generate?

AI-generated courses of about ten minutes, in video or podcast. Some are general and shared across workspaces. Others are generated for one person based on their profile, role and area.

Do my people need to install anything?

Cairo can send courses and practice scenarios as a WhatsApp link, so frontline teams do not have to learn a new tool.

Does Cairo replace my HR system or payroll?

No. Keep your payroll and your HR system. Cairo covers the part that grows people: assessments, development and analysis.

Is my people’s data safe?

You can read how we collect, use and protect data in our Privacy Policy, and our security page will cover the details soon. For specific questions, contact our team.

How much does Cairo cost?

It depends on the size of your teams. We start with a pilot and scope a plan with you. Contact us for a proposal.

How do I get started?

Create a workspace, or book a demo and we will walk you through it.

Still have questions?

Talk to our team and we will answer them, or book a demo and see Cairo in action.
